Why design-build changes the result

Most renovations pass through three companies, an architect, a contractor, a designer, and lose something at every seam. Ours don't. Design, pre-construction, and construction happen under one roof, which is why the finished home matches the drawing, and the budget set in design is the budget you build to.

It also means decisions are made once. Structure and finish are resolved together before demolition begins, scope and cost are fixed before the first wall comes down, and one project lead carries the work from start to final walkthrough.
